Above all, CHOICE AND CONTROL. We treat our participants as individuals, and are
dedicated to providing PERSON-CENTRED CARE, and we value our participant’s
DIGNITY and their right to be treated with respect, holding them in the highest
regard, encouraging positive interactions between our team and themselves. We act
with INTEGRITY and are uncompromising in our adherence to the NDIS standards as
well as our own personal values. Our PASSION for our work is what motivates us, it
drives us to recognise and meet the goals of our participants with dedication and
EMPATHY. We engage with our participants, assisting them to meet their personal
needs with warmth and understanding. We want to provide ongoing support to fill in
the gaps left by larger providers. We have been informed that there are many
participants in the region who have been left with no support, which is sorely
needed, due to huge waiting lists and staff shortages. We are the provider who can
be called upon to meet the needs of those participants. We aim to remain relatively
small so that we can be the ones who can support these participants on short notice.
We are passionate about quality of staff.
We require experience and qualifications in our employees, and will screen them to
ensure we hire the very best.
